The large "china hat" fly thru wild bird seed feeder is our most popular design.
The overhanging roof keeps the seed dry and smaller birds see to like the protection.
We hand craft these feeders from terra cotta in our studio using our original design, hand made molds.
These bird feeders are very durable and can withstand -30 to -40 ° F. winter temperatures.
Every feeder is crowned with our signature maple leaf.
Dimensions are about 11 inches tall and 11 inches wide at the top.
The fly through feeder holds about 3 cups of seed and is available in forest green (shown) or cobalt blue.

It's perfectly fine to hang this style feeder from a shepards hook. Just make sure the cord is not so long that the feeder can hit the hook in a strong wind.
Don't be surprised if one very cold morning you find a roosting bird inside, trying to escape the weather.
