The arbor shown is one we made for our herb garden. These are one of a kind pieces made to order.
All of our wooden garden accessories are made from larch, also known as tamarack.
This wood is very dense and has a high pitch content, a trait that makes it highly resistant to rot.
It is not necessary to use chemically treated wood when nature provides us with affordable alternatives.
The piece shown is a rough sawn finish that is left to weather to a very soft grey after one season.
We can stain the wood or paint it to match buildings of other garden features.
