Here are some common questions and answers.

Feeders:
Q - Can I leave the feeder out all year?
A - Yes, they will not be hurt by cold, snow, ice, heat, rain.

Q - How do you clean them?
A - Use a stiff brush or green scruby pad and some soapy water. Use a 9 to 1 water and bleach solution to disenfect the feeder if you wish.

Q - Can I hang it on a sheapards hook?
A - Sure, but make sure the hanging rope is adjusted so the feeder can not bang on the post.

Q -Do the hummingbird feeders drip?
A - The feeders should not drip. If it does you can gently bend the copper tube up a bit until the drip stops.

Houses:
Q - Will the birds bake in them? A - Hang the feeders in the shade or from a tree branch and the birds will be fine.
Q - How do I clean the old nest out?
A - We use a piece of coat hanger. Make a small hook on one end and pull the nest out of the entrance hole. The birds take days to bring it in. You should be able to take it out in a vew minutes. If you want you can disinfect the house with a 9 to 1 water and bleach solution.

Chimes:
Q -Are the chimes made of dough?
A - Believe it or not we had a lady at a show insisting that the chimes were made from bread dough. We assure you they are made from stoneware and porcelain clay. The only dough involved is the kind we give the tax man.

Q -Will the chimes break?
A - The chimes are reasonably strong but we recomend that you hang them in a protected area like an enclosed porch or in front of an open window.
