wild bird blog

This blog is something that we have been thinking about for some time but we never seemed to have an opportunity to get the ball rolling.  Well here is is, finally, funky page theme and all.  The theme we hope to change but for now we are eager to get some content up, after all a good blog should be about great content, not a flashy theme.

We thought this would be a good idea since we are involved with wild birds on several levels.  And because of that we have accumulated numerous experiences, tips and anecdotes regarding wild bird watching and feeding.

And since not all of our experience is limited to wild birds, this blog will not be either.  We live in a small village and the setting is more or less rural so we interact with all types of wildlife indigenous to the northern climates.

We hope to share our experiences and in so doing we will be able to help make sense of our coexistence with the natural world.
